If a paid plan cannot be activated or the service has a verified material defect, contact us within 7 days of purchase with the order number.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where supported. Used subscription time, change-of-mind requests after substantial usage, and accounts suspended for abuse are normally not refundable except where required by law.
